Do you use a primer when doing your makeup? I've found that I love Urban Decay.. I use both the Eye Potion and the Makeup Primer.. When I'm working with a special look for my eyeshadow, nothing comes close. This preps the lid and helps color to hold all day,as well as keeps eyeliner from fading or melting into lines.
